Well...the last time I ran was the 26th April which was W7R1. I didn't plan on having a break, I guess life just told me that's what I was doing and I didn't really have a choice. Work has been extremely busy and I am also in the process of selling & purchasing a home, the diet went out the window and the quick easy (all super unhealthy) meals made their way back into my life for ease. I had absolutely no energy to face my runs and I couldn't believe how quickly I felt my health and mood deteriorate over these last 9 days without running. I've had terrible sleeps and intrusive thoughts running riot, tonight I decided to get back out and to my suprise I managed to complete W7R2! I'm already feeling positive, accomplished and ready for W7R3...maybe I needed the break to see just how much the C25K programme has changed my life for the better. Shout out to Lockdownpositive for sending much needed motivation when I needed it the most, that run was for you 🙌
TL;DR: Didn't run for 9 days.
