Morning All, So amid thoughts of should I have a go.. or do I need another day’s rest- having completed W9 &R3 on Thursday.
I didn’t drive to the park that I’d been going to for the last 9 weeks. Took a Deep breath. Out of the door. Music on. Used Nike Run Club App (as recommended by fellow runner on this forum- thank you)
Missed Michael‘s pep talk though..
5 minute warm up walk.. 32 minutes jog to the village and back home!! Did the cool down walk and stretches.
I’m delighted... I used to walk to the village and wished that I was able to jog there and back!
I still am astounded that I have been able to do this in 9 weeks ( or start of 10th week today)
It’s such a great feeling. All done by 9.10am!😊
