Woke up at 4.45am and all I could think about was getting my run over and done with. After a tough run 1 and 2 this week I knew if I went back to bed I would unlikely get up and run before work.
So, out of bed I jumped (it was still dark), a drank a large glass of water in my quest to be more hydrated and after a bit of faffing I set out the door at 5.30am.
First 10 were tough as usual but things started to just feel better from then on. Not exactly easier but just better in some way.
Got to the end with no trouble and I can even say I enjoyed it a little!
The end is in sight...week 8 on Thursday.
I can’t quite believe it ♥️
