I'm back to try couch to 5k for the third time in 3 years. Just completed week 2 run 2. I'm finding it takes me until the third run interval of the session to get my breathing under control even though I'm going slowly. I seem to work in threes 😊. I'm enjoying it so far. Good luck to everyone else trying.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.

I’m finding the same! The third run feels like the little breakthrough, ‘oh it is making a difference’. Good luck!
