Completed week 5 run 3 this morning and fist pumped the air on completion. I was over thinking this beforehand and as if by magic a post appeared about Motivation. After reading the replies and links to previous posts it completely changed my mindset this morning. It was a joy to run for the whole 20 mins and yes I did just write that. I am sure some of you guys in here are Aliens from another planet. It’s as if you can read our minds and know exactly what to say in your replies. Keep up the great advice please and remind us it works. Or the Aliens can send the messages by telepathy, that works too. Thank you all, love reading the posts in here.

Congratulations on completing week 5 run 3 😁👍That's a milestone run in the program .
Be mindfull of week 6 runs 1 and 2 they can catch people out going back to intervals !
Congrats... what a feeling in that run! Do pay heed to Instructor57 's warning. W6R1 is a 34 minute session, so even though there's less running, you've more work to do and can run out of steam at the end if you're overconfident. That said, just be slow and steady and you'll be fist pumping all week.
😂 you put a big smile on my face. I agree, the support of the people on this forum is priceless! Well done for completing week 5 👏
We are Boing. Resistance is futile! You will be assisted. Accelerate!
Well done. I did my W5R3 run a few hours before you.
Well done! I think W5R3 was my favourite of all the runs. It felt like a great milestone and I started to believe I could run for 30 minutes.Enjoy W6, you're doing great. x
This is so good to read today as I'm sue to do this run this weekend. Am feeling positive that it will go well now. Thanks Alien!! 😆
Congratulations on completing W5R3, it was a significant milestone in my journey, keep that feeling going forward. Stick to the advice about slowing down if need be, you'll soon be running for 30 minutes.......... now take me too your leader 👽
Great work! That’s a great run done. After that run I just knew I would graduate and I did. Keep enjoying those runs!
