I use Fitbit charge 2, I start recording when I start run and then it is uploaded to Strava. I am not sure what do you mean by “setting it for C25K”.

Hi, I completed C25K with the same Fitbit. I don’t think there is anyway to set it for the C25K I just used the run mode on the fit, but having to hit pause at the start and stop of each running element. That way only the run portions are recorded so the walking sessions don’t affect your average pace calculation etc.

No I don't think there is. I use a fitbit (versa 2) I just press start when I begin my runs. When I was doing the programme I just just let it record the entire session including walking, in a few weeks you won't have any walking elements to worry about🙂
