I've completed week 2, thats gone quick!

I managed to smash my average miles today too!

The breathing is where I need to work on. I thought my legs or knees would be where I was going to struggle.

Bring on week 3!

It might be that you need to slow down a little - this should help settle your breathing, although it will also naturally improve as you progress through the programme. Good luck!🙂
