I completed run two of wk 1 today it absolutely nearly killed me 🤦♀️I’m more determined than ever to complete this programme. Currently I feel sluggish 🤣 over this whole pandemic I have been shielding & have had little or no exercise... I was extremely sore today post run

Don’t worry. It is hard! Hydrate plenty the day before - it really helps. Slow down and slow down again, especially as the runs get longer. The body adapts really quickly. It’s amazing. Keep posting 😍
I know you have been on here before so you probably now the score, Make sure you stretch afterwards. ... and hold those stretches for about 30 seconds. And do it all again on Saturday.
