Hi All, this morning i've decided to try out C25K + stepping stones podcast.

I really enjoyed Laura guiding me through the new pace, the 30min run is divided into 3 sections with individual speed thresholds each & I have to say I've lived a sheltered life so far!πŸ˜‚ The first & slowest of the new pace was already almost twice as fast as my normal running/jogging speed so there was a lot of huffing and puffing in the first 10min! I did have to make some walking breaks in between but managed to finish the run with a smile! And even though ive not managed to run the whole distance, its definitely something to work on and look forward to building my stamina! Great to have a solid goal in mind so will focus on that for next few runs now! Excited to work towards sth new now! Happy running Everyone!πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done on doing Stepping Stones! I think that podcast together with Speed and Stamina are really quite tricky for a newby runner. I attempted them soon after graduation and struggled with them, which was a bit disheartening. So I decided to consolidate by just doing 3 x 30 min runs each week for a few weeks. I've since been back to them and noticed that I'm much stronger and a tad faster and enjoyed them a lot more. So for me any way they are something to dip into now and again. I now use the Nike Run Club guided runs which are in my opinion superb and perfect for motivation! Happy running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ’₯

Yes, I tried them straight after graduating and had to give up about 10 minutes in. Keep trying, you'll get there!

Thank you Curlygurly2 for encouragement! Hopefully tomorrow's run is easier as i know what to expect now, will give it a try and can always switch to NRC or just listen to music and run 30min, its just nice to still have a coach in your ear!πŸ˜‰
