Hi all, it's taken over a year...with a fractured pelvis and fractured ankle (on separate occasions) getting in the way but I've done it.... In fact just to be sure, I repeated week 9 in that the first 3 X 30 mins were tough....but I did 3 X 40 mins on the repeat... just to prove to myself that "I CAN do this". I am definitely going to continue... My 40 mins took me to 3.4k...so I now have the challenge of getting to 5 k....and then ...the moon!!

Is this the right place to request my badge???

Don't push it too much too soon. You don't want to get a season ticket to your local hospital! Don't be too hard on yourself, you graduated last week. This was your first Consolidation week. Have you read of the 10% rule. It's a rule of thumb, not a hard and fast running "law."

Thanks - if I can do this... then most can too! I never was a runner but I think I am / could be/ now. It's a rest day for me, and it's rubbish weather, but I'll be heading out again tomorrow - consolidation stuff!
