I’ve not posted on here for 6 months, but have been regularly running 20mins 2-3 times a week, but found it really difficult to push myself past this time.
But this week I got my motivation back two 4K runs and today we did just over 5K, our first one, and it feels so good.
Still running with my husband, but we gave up listening to music and just chat now and it really works for us.
We high fived at the end and feel like we graduated all over again. 🏃♀️🏃♂️🥂🎉
Thanks, we are going to try and stick to 5K now and very slowly increase. It’s taken me all this time to sort out my breathing, and now I don’t even think about it, your definitely right about running at a conversation pace, it works for us. 😊
