This is my first post and I'm sorry to say that I have to report a injury. Just finished heal striking and breath counting my way through wk2 run 1. I reckon I could have filled a prime time comedy slot, any way having arrived home with a sore right ankle I belatedly read the advice notes. Now I'm not blaming Laura because a) I should have read the advice first and b) I some times suffer from the same affliction when swimming with fins. I got knocked off my motorbike a few years back and spent 8 weeks on crutches and my ankle hasn't been quite the same since. Still I intend to take the Ibuprofen and rest my ankle for a couple of days. It works for swimming so hopefully I'll be back out there shortly. Before I sign off I'd like to make a polite request to the powers that be , Please include a warning on the pod cast page as us chaps never read the instructions first.

We have asked many times for the heel striking advice to be removed from the the app and podcasts, to no avail. It would be relatively easy to do, I imagine, but we have no influence over the NHS or app developers.
How the advice got there in the first place is a total mystery to me.
