W6R3 done yesterday morning

And I managed to keep running for the full 25 minutes. There were a couple of times when I wanted to stop but I was determined to keep going and I'm so happy that I did. I feel it's a big achievement, and the goal of running for 30 minutes now seems to be within reach. I should finish the program by the end of January.

W7 starts tomorrow - I'll run the same route as I did for this run, as it will be interesting to compare results.

Well done! Conquering that “want to stop” voice is quite an achievement! 👍🏻😄

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs 🏃🏾

It's good to compare your own runs. But don't compare yourself with others. Maybe on another day try to reverse your route to give yourself a change.
