I’m not overly concerned with being quicker but did my thirty minutes after half a banana today and I think it helped as my pace improved a lot!!
My last two runs I didn’t use the app but went back to W9R3 today and listening to Michael helped. Think I’ll keep doing that.

The fuel of a banana pre run is often documented Leeloo7, it's all to do with the different types of sugars that they contain and the way the body uses them 👍 good on you sounds like they work for you 🙂
I always eat a banana 🍌 about 30 mins before I go running,they digest easily and provide you with the energy you need. Try the Nike Run Club app Leeloo7, there are coached runs on there, works same as C25k but you choose which one you want to do 👍🏃♀️
