9 Months On...

So around 9 months after starting my couch to 5k journey, covid is still a thing and I have just ran my very first 10K - two things which I could have never imagined at the start of this year!

For those of you currently taking part in the program - you’ve got this and keep going!! If there’s one thing that’s managed to stay constant in my life over the past few months, it’s been being able to go out for a run and it has most definitely helped me keep sane over what has been a somewhat interesting year...

The distances and times I’ve ran over the last few months haven’t necessarily increased dramatically, but that’s really not what matters. What matters is that I am a runner and I hope that this post gives anyone struggling at the minute a little boost☺️

Feel free to ask any questions you might have!!

Congratulations on your 10k runforfun! You're absolutely right about the program and it's insane that it can create such a positive change in lifestyle within the space of a year. Happy running! 😁

That’s such a positive post, time and distance don’t matter as long as we can run well done for keeping running and a great 10k
