Morning everyone. This morning I completed my run for Naomi House Charity - I raised £120 (I'm not good at asking people for money) but it all goes to a good cause. My feet started to ache at the end so I'm sat here with my coffee and feet in a nice warm bucket of water (with Radox). It was my quickest yet, I put it down to taking an extra day off running.

Stay safe everyone.

Well done! Everything that’s raised for charity is always so appreciated.I’m always better running after a 2/3 day gap. They’re getting quite a long gap just now though as gyms shut and it’s snowy and icy too. Still on for lejog challenge though 👍🏻

Me too.. Will sign up tomorrow and change Garmin back to miles rather than convert it from KM's. You can also count your walks. I'm back to working from home on Monday so on none run days I shall go for a walk at lunch times and in the evenings recording it on Garmin.
