What a great idea. Enjoy the process and the tremendous sense of achievement to be gained from the programme. (Also such a good example to your daughter)

Mental health is one of my main reasons for running. It motivates me to run a minimum of 3 times a week without fail. I can hand on heart say running helps massively 👍🏽

Well done! I've never run before and feel great afterwards. I hope you enjoy it as much.

Hi there, glad you found something that you enjoy/helps - stick with it and take it easy! : )

When I run I can feel stress melt away, like butter in a hot pan. It is unbelievable how great running is to manage life’s challenges and you will be a great role model for your daughter; demonstrating how to take care and control of your health. Good luck 😉
