Involuntary Smiling ?!?

So I found myself smiling as I ran today - I am still hating it more than loving it but the smile has got to mean something - right!! It was freezing cold, dark and quiet. I'm on week seven – and I can almost the taste the finish line... I hate to admit it but as painful as it continues to be, I might be hooked.

Well done.Maybe try slowing down.

Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.

Say this sentence out loud to yourself "Am I going slow enough to enable me to speak this sentence in one breath?" If you cannot, you are going too fast.

Keep running, keep smiling.
