Yay I managed a rather nasty route I’ve had my eye on - a long uphill road, not super steep, but long, long, long! I almost had to stop ‘cos I saw such a cute dog it really made me smile, then I nearly burst into tears 😭. Goodness knows what the owner thought. Anyway, must stretch! My glutes definitely need it today. 😁

Thanks NusiaFab! It was today or never 😀. May well have to take 2 days between runs though, can definitely feel it in my legs 🦵! Happy running 🏃‍♂️
