Just done my 2nd run after a bit of a gap. After my first run had a pain in my hip and the back of my knee so was a bit disheartened. This time made sure I did a proper warm up and cool down plus drank enough water as per advice on here. Fingers crossed I’ll be ok to carry on.

Remember those stretches Dancer54 try some dynamic stretches (pre run) in addition to those post stretches! It may help, remember your body's getting used to using different muscles 👍
