I honestly was NOT a runner before this app but I am now on my 30 min runs of week 9. Isn’t it crazy how quickly your body adapts from 30 seconds of running to 30 mins?
I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved, running in rain, wind, cold - and running through the Christmas period - gotta work off that dinner haha!
