Week 8 completed!

Been out this evening and completed my Week 8 Run 3. This feels achievable now even if I am only going to be at the 3.1Km distance after 30 minutes.

Some will have seen a previous post I made a few days ago saying my timing meant that I am due to complete on Christmas day. Due to personal circumstances I wont be able to do that but I have decided to bring all my Week 9 runs forward a day so hopefully I will complete on Christmas Eve instead!
