Week 37

It is now Week 37 for me since I started the C25K peogramme when lockdown began. Now I run 4 miles 2-3 days a week. I am so happy that I kept it up and didn't give in.

With the mornings being dark it's sometimes hard to get up and run, but my tip is get out of bed straight away after your alarm and have your kit already waiting for you.

Happy running πŸƒover Christmas everyone πŸŽ„πŸŽ… and good luck to those of you still on your running journey. You can do it!

My problem at the moment is the getting out of bed bit. πŸ˜‰

Well done on your maintaining the habit. It's a good one to have. πŸ‘

Well done! I think you started just before me. I slid back to the couch in Sept/Oct but managed to pick myself up as I was missing the feeling I got from a run. I enjoy walking but it's not the same. In November I only ran once a week but that seems to have been enough because this week I have twice run a 5k in 36 minutes. At last I feel I can start to progress: aiming for 6k in the New Year :)
