W5R3 - I did it

I haven't run for years and have finally been given the OK by my GP to start again. Was dreading this run as every one I asked said how hard it was but I did it. Not only did I do it but I did it in the torrential rain and wind on the seafront so I didn't exactly make it easy on myself. I felt absolutely amazing once it was done :)

Well done!

Now that you've well & truly overcome the biggest mental challenge in the program (along with starting W1R1) you have NOTHING else to fear as you head towards the final straight.

on your progress. This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Stay nice and slow for the next run........itt catches many out.
