Just competed W6 R3 It was tough but I’ve not missed a run so far and that alone kept me going - I wasn’t going to fail this far along. Only question is WHEN WILL IT GET EASIER!

When you can run for 30 minutes in a few weeks time, the earlier weeks will seem very easy.

Congratulations on getting this far without missing a run!

As for when it will get easier, I found that it was only when doing the long runs without walking breaks (i.e. W7 onwards) that I was able to really nail my pace and stop myself from going too fast. Once you've got the pace sorted you get into a rhythm which - if it isn't easy precisely - at least feels more sustainable. I've just finished W8, and I'd definitely say it is feeling easier than it felt at the end of W6. Hopefully you'll feel the same. Good luck!
