My wife asked me to do couch to 5k with her, I was shocked cause she has never ran before, but she wanted to make a positive change in her life so I jumped at it. After the first couple of weeks I wasn’t sure she would continue. Her determination was amazing and now we go into week 8. I can’t say how proud I am of her she is my inspiration everyday.
