W7R1 - Off to a good start

Week 7 begins and I’m genuinely feeling good at the end of the run. The annoying niggles and twinges of the catastrophically unfit are melting away run by run. I’d even go so far as to say that even after a testing work day, the run has put me in a brighter frame of mind.

Still a long way to go but the once impossible thought of running 5km is definitely in reach.
