Work is rather sad at the moment, one of our ladies passed away yesterday,
I was off thursday and we took a colleague to collect a car she bought, i woke feeling unwell so once we’d done what we agreed i did nothing
Friday housework laundry etc
Today after work we ran, just half hour, i’d actually forgotten how painful it is running on psoriasis blisters, Willow disappeared in the distance, the park was too busy so along the side of the golf course around the lake and it was getting dark, I knew there were some holes somewhere and peered at the ground as i plodded on, half hour done, joined Williw in the car and home to the smell of beef roasting i the oven that is put in as i got home from work, so after a disastrous run that was slower than slow, at least dinner will be good
Happy weekend all

So sorry about one of your ladies passing away yesterday, running should relieve the stress a little for you W&S, a reasonable run for you apart from the blisters, that meal of roasting beef sounds delicious, I am sure you enjoyed it after that hard run.
Thanks Al, meal enjoyed and looking forward to our next run which may be tomorrow as 3 k hasn’t stretched our legs much, working weekends is a pain but makes the non working ones more precious
Well done....At least you got out there, which didn’t sound very comfortable at all, but I’m sure the exercise you managed to do made that roast beef taste all the more delicious 😋
Hi W&S...what a rough week you've had, how sad about your colleague. Hope the run helped you, despite the psoriasis blisters...they sound painful! Ouch! You'll have had that delicious roast beef dinner by now...and should be chilling 😁😁. The run may have felt disastrous....but you got out there, well done.👍❤️🏃♀️🙋🐢🐌
Thank you, i use compeed plasters if it’s areal blister but these are just patches of tiny blisters that itch like mad until they go sore, but lots of moisturiser and they aren’t too bad
I’ve only had them 2 years and they aren’t bad, last year they were awful and i hobbled around in agony all swollen and sore but now i seem to have got the hang of keeping them under control
At the time it didn’t help, tell everyone to stay home and they go to the park, but actually it was ok by the time we got out, it might be time for us to part ways, Willow won’t run alongside the road and i love the feeling of going somewhere rather than round and round, and as long as we start together and come home together we can run in different places 😀
Sorry to hear about your bad week, I find when running, i can switch of from other things, not been great at home, my mum is now in care home, restbite care, after breaking leg, from a nasty fall.Hope the roast beef was nice, and your next run is better! 😀
Thank you, I was struggling to switch off yesterday but realised later that the run had made a difference It’s hard when someone close to you is injured I hope your mum makes a good recovery
