Week 7 already!! It’s always a little rough at the start but around minute 15 I had my pace (I was overtaken by continental drift), then I could just listen to the music and my own disturbing thoughts for the rest of the run. I did put on a bit of pace for the last minute as Jo suggested, from her cosy voiceover booth.
Same random playlist with some TV themes thrown in.
It was foggy tonight which added an ambience, which I prefer to falling over and adding an ambulance instead. That’s post-run humour.

Ooh I think there's a pinned post on here about it, or just use Mr Google. It's interesting, and explains what's happening to your body when you set off on a run, explains why the first 10 mins or so are so HARD.... Happy reading 😄
