This was my first run al-fresco since re-starting C25k. I'd left it a few days since my last run as I felt my knee twinging a little. All ok today so thought I'd brave the great outdoors with the gyms being shut. Took it steady and it was ok. Farewell Week Eight π

My gyms still open, for now π€π» Found a running track while I was out walking today. Probably looked like an idiot trying it out for sponginess to lessen impact. Seems good. Thatβs my back up plan.

Great stats! Treadmills serve a purpose and I use them too, but nothing beats being out there, sun, rain or snow (maybe not snowπ¬). Nearly there (again!) now - you already know that you can do this!
