Who would have thought I could run for 25mins non-stop? Well I did and it’s the second time in a row, a slight niggle in my calves half way but no jelly legs.
This programme really works, if I can do this anyone can, just believe in yourself - you can do this!
On a high, total weight loss now 1 stone 5lbs, I’m getting there and enjoying the experience along the way.

Thank you lmc50, looking back at that first run which I remember being a bit of a struggle seems so long ago. I feel I am a different person to what I was back then and embracing the change 🥳

Oh wow, you are doing so well and the weight loss is awesome as well, I can well imagine you being on such a high. Exercise is fantastic for making you feel so good, once you start you can't stop.
