I've only recently started running with wireless ear buds, which are great because there are no wires to get tangled up in clothing or to pull accidentally with hands while running. However, every so often a bud falls out for no apparent reason. I have been looking at the bone conduction headphones which have a strap at the back of the head/neck. However, I wear glasses and am wondering whether my glasses would press on the part that goes over the ear and cause a sore. Advice on any headphones to wear whilst running with glasses much appreciated. Thanks.

I used the ear buds when starting out and used either my running hat or buff to secure them 👍
I wear glasses too. I had no problems with bluetooth earphones with a wire between them. The ones I used had silicone hooks that engage with the structure of the outer ear and stop them falling out.
I got some bone conduction headphones (Aftershokz Aeropex) a couple of weeks ago. They don't interfere with my glasses at all. In fact, sometimes I forget I've got them on.
If you can afford the price tag (~£60) I would definitely recommend afteshokz bone conducting ones. I hate pushing things into my ears, so finding ones that sit in front of my ears and allow me to hear everything else that's going on around me (especially now that it's darker in the evenings when I'm running) was a godsend and worth every penny.
I wear glasses and use AfterShokz bone conducting headphones. They don’t cover you ears so you can hear what’s going on around you too.🙂They’re pricey though!😳
I wear Trekz Aftershokz for every run. I always wear glasses or sunglasses and have had no problem - even wearing them for over 5 hours at a time.
