Losing weight, feeling great!

W3 R2 done yesterday and so far lost 6lbs! Feel great, my clothes feel so much more comfortable and I actually look forward to my runs! Feel a bit of a fraud calling them "runs" though, seeing as I'm actually doing a slow jog, but hey, if it's helping, it's all good!😄

Congrats! Also wonderful that you’re enjoying it so much. Sounds like you’ve caught the running bug 🐛☺️

A lot of people, myself included, suffered with the fraudster feeling to begin with. Do your best to banish the thought, we all have to start somewhere don’t we?

The guide describes how your elevated heart rate during a steady jog is the best way to build stamina. Sprinting down the road like a pro athlete is the quickest route to injury and failing a session through breathlessness.

Have faith and keep going. Sounds like you’re doing great 😃🙌🏼
