You consolidate for about a month now - so just keep doing 3x 30 mins a week. During that time, have a think about what/where you want to go with your running - this is just the beginning. The running world is your oyster.
Consider looking at the three excellent supplementary C25K+ podcasts: Speed, Stamina and Stepping Stones.
Maybe join/post in September's Consolidation Club post: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...... (look out for October's).
Folks generally go 2 ways.... either wanting to get quicker over 5k or wanting to go longer distance... If the latter, there's always Ju-Ju's Magic 10k plan. Have a looked at our Pinned Posts section.
