Not a good few days!

To be honest it was all self inflicted! On holiday in Turkey and had completed 2 runs of W3 very early in the morning, before the sun came up and roasted me. Staying in Kalkan which was quite hard work on the runs because it is very hilly! I had planned to complete my third run of W3 but the red wine with and after dinner put a stop to that. So, back in the UK last night and planning to complete W3 today!

Does anyone have any thoughts if a 4 day lay off will make a lot of difference or should I start W3 again?
