Cold and very, very wet today, but I went anyway. I'll admit, it was only 25 minutes of jeffing at a 30:30 ratio, but I feel better for having done it, at least now I'm home and dried off/warmed up!
I'm slowly starting to like jeffing. I've yet to do it for longer distances, but pace wise, weirdly, I'm a little bit faster than when I jog the whole distance. It does take a bit of getting used to, but it might be my way forward.
Ok...time for a restorative cuppa tea and a little snuggle with a greyhound and a good book.
Happy running all...

Yes, it is surprising! I was doing something similar, but running and jogging rather than walking. Unfortunately, the only time I tried it, I forgot to start my watch so don’t have proper stats to study! This week I did my fast 2K instead, so I’ll try again next week with it.
