Warm-up- uphill, pains in both hips-- get on with it

0- 5 mins, extremely hard going, aches on the inside of both shins, I going to be walking in a couple of minutes. Later, the data shows I set out too fast at 5'24"/ km

5 -12.5 mins, still not enjoying it, stitch like pain between ribs on left side, oh my God I'm having a heart attack, don't be stupid you silly sod, its the old T6, T7 thing, I consciously relax my shoulders and a minute or so later that ache has gone.

12.5 - 20 mins, whoa, I've made it half way round, you are going to be alright, and I seem to have relaxed into a steady rhythm; no wonder kids and non- native speakers struggle with English spelling, it took me 4 attempts to spell "rhythm" correctly, and I consider my English to be better than average; no aches and pains, just keep putting one leg in front of the other. I notice that as I tire I tense my feet in the concentration of keep going and that leads to the onset of numb / pins and needles in middle 3 toes of both feet. I consciously relax my feet and the p&n/ numbness abates.

20 - 25 mins, come on lift the pace, I try, but there is not a lot left in the legs, but still I carry on. Jo should be announcing 60 seconds left any second.........now, right push on, I squeeze another 0.0001km/h out of my legs and invoke my inner Steve Coe/ Seb Ovett [sic] and pass the 25 min mark, slightly behind the two slugs, 3 snails and a tortoise that took the tape before me. But I have done it, I completed week 7 and am ready for week 8.

4.85Km in 35'22" at 07'17" / km, just for interest. Today's route a bit more undulating than previous routes.
