Virtual 5k done

After a week of not running I was back out this morning for a 5k. It felt great at first but I was seriously flagging towards the end. It’s beautifully sunny but cold, most of me was sweating but I did get cold hands.

That's still good running and well done for getting out👍 Looks like you got a PB for furthest distance too 😁Remember at this stage times and pace are really immaterial so if it gets tough just slow down a bit more. In time your fitness will increase and then the 5K will become a lot more manageable 😁

Yes getting colder now these mornings so remember to invest in some gloves as we head towards the winter months 👍

Another one done and dusted, great result. Also your longest distance run too. 👍👍
