After completing C25k last year, I stopped running after ten consolidation runs (why did I do that?!!!) so it's now back to the very beginning for me.
Started today (week one, run one) nice and steady. This time though, I'm on the treadmill at the gym. Hope that's not considered cheating!
Warmed-up at 6kph, walked at 6.5 and ran (jogged) at 7.5. Booked back in for Friday π I know I can do this π
