Hi I completed the C25K last week (go me π) and this week have repeated last run 3 times ... Iβve decided to do this until I feel I can run 30 min without feeling Iβm going to be sick .. also I like the reassurance of hearing Michaels voice .. I use a fit bit but havnt ever looked at anything other than fact Iβve ran for 30 mins non stop so have no idea what my pb or pace or even if Iβve actually managed 5 k... but Iβm happy to plod along like this for the moment π

Previously having been focused on distance/time I ran quite hard - and so so enjoyed it, but my last runs I didn't start any running app, and turned off the step count on my phone and just ran for 30 (40) minutes. With MJ as my only guide for time.
These were the best runs I have had. I really enjoyed them, felt no pressure, i think I ran as well but it was much more enjoyable, and decided that I too will plod along over the next few weeks and not take notice of any data
