Hi all! Just wanted to make a quick post to say that I’ve just started week 3 & smashed it! I was quite nervous as I’d had a heavy night just before (jogged on Monday, was out drinking Sunday...) but didn’t affect me at all luckily! I almost felt like I wanted to continue running after the 3 minutes but I didn’t. Think that was the runner’s high?! 😁 Looking forward to my next run tomorrow.
