Feeling like I've really achieved something and can definitely kick on a go the distance. 😊

I ran a busy riverside route this morning and really enjoyed it once I got past the first 10 minutes or so... dare I say it, I think I could have gone further!

Well done πŸ‘πŸ». Hope I feel as good on mine later this week. Great to hear you had more in the bag too

You can do it! I felt like the other 2 runs really prepared me for it.

You can do it, once the majority of runner's have ran run 3 of week 5 they know that they will graduate from C25K in around 4 weeks time, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Thank you! I definitely feel like seeing it through is possible now - but will heed the warning about w6 r1 and not get cocky!

Slow and steady πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘

Brilliant! That's a big one! You should be really pleased with yourself! Good luck with W6. Definitely take it steady in R1 and R2, they caught a lot of us out!

Thank you! Why do you think that is? It's clearly a thing because on paper you'd think it's a step back but obviously not.

I think a lot of people go out too fast because it scales the run time back down before a walking break, but then get caught out by the run that comes after the walk. Does that make sense? I remember being cautioned to keep it slow and so I did and I was OK in the end, but the temptation to set off quickly is strong! Especially after the high of completing W5R3. I'm sure you'll be totally fine though :)

Ah thanks! I got a fright in week 4 caused by starting off too fast so I always take it easy until I know I'm going to be able to finish now.
