So i have done it....graduated! Well it was 2 runs ago but haven't gotten round to celebrate. I started out a total non runner, couldn't breath after even running for 30 seconds never mind minutes. I am not the quickest but by golly am I fitter. I never in a million years thought i would be running 5k. I have stunning views on route to keep me motivated. If i can do it pretty much anyone that moves can . I found week 4 challenging but I didn't give up i repeated it. 1 run on week 8 i was ready to through in the towel i had 2.30 minutes to go and another runner a total stranger, going the opposite direction must have been able to spot my anguish and gave me a thumbs up and said you've got this...and you know what? I did have it, I completed that session and the rest. You have got this! Keep going and finish it! It's all worth it!
