Only one run left! Stuck to the 30 minutes required today. Need to start taking my rest days now I’m running for longer as legs felt a bit tired today.
Amazing things have been happening to my body! Since I started exercising in June (started c25k early July), my resting heart rate has dropped over 25 points from consistently high 70s to 50/51 the last couple of days. Not bad for a first time exerciser at nearly 50!
Can’t wait to graduate, hopefully Saturday (although I will miss Sarah Millican cheering me along!
