Just a quick update and a huge thank you to everyone who has shown support through our journey along the C25K.
Completed W9R3 this evening, a full 5K within the 30 minutes so a double achievement and I couldn’t have done this without the amazing support from everyone in this amazing community.
Your amazing guys and again thank you so so much.
Onwards and upwards from here on out. 3 consolidation runs to come and I recently completed my first 10k. This has been an amazing journey and I’m so glad to have shared it with everyone.
The people I have met along this journey have just inspired me to push myself to limits I couldn’t have imagined 85 days ago which was when I gave up smoking and swapped for this amazing experience.
Wow !!!!!!! Here I am a graduate 🏆🥇🥳💪🏻👟

You're such an inspiration!
I'm on week 1 and just did my second run. Success stories like this will definitely keep me going 🙏
Anything you need or think I can help with don’t hesitate to ask.
The best advise I could possibly give is to enjoy the experience, embrace the journey and believe me when I say there are plenty of inspirational people on this forum. It’s an amazing community and always great people willing to help and share advise and experiences.
Thanks for your kind words. Good luck in your journey and keep posting 👍🏻
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked August C25K graduation home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
Keep going never give up, keep a steady pace that’s comfortable for you and you will achieve whatever you set out to do. It’s not a race it should be enjoyable and fun.
Weeks behind yo and cannot wait to get my graduate badge! Excellent pace too if you can do 5k already within this time x amazing x my goal is to graduate and comfortably run the 30 mins then I will work on the pace x no rush, it’s not a race to me lol xxx
Stick to your goals, as you say it’s not a race it’s whatever you find comfortable. Aiming for the run of 30m is the best thing to do then work on from that. Your doing amazing and your be a graduate before you know it.
That's great running on all counts and packing up smoking too is a double bonus. I speak from experience as have also done both. Best 2 things I've ever done to improve my health. Many, many congratulations on your graduations🍷👍😁
Agree, giving up the smoking was the best thing I have done and then yeah to keep the mind active and the cravings well away I found this and it’s been amazing.
Thanks for your support and kind words.
And well done for you achieving the same. Hats 🧢 off to you it’s great to hear from others who share the same experiences 👍🏻
You will love the journey, feels so rewarding and then you speak to people on here and it just cements the positive feeling you have that your doing something great for yourself and body.
Keep up the good work your be at this point before you know it 👍🏻
What an achievement for you both 🏁🎓💙❤️🏆 Graduation and 5k - wow!
Pair of superstars! ⭐️⭐️
I’m not sure which I’m more impressed with.. the running is immense but credit to you both for giving up cigarettes 🚬 That will make such a change to your health (and your wallet £££)
You’ve had an amazing few weeks and I’m sure it’s already inspired some others.
Enjoy your celebrations! You deserve to bask in this moment! 👏👏💕
Astonishing achievement. Well done you 👍 It sounds like you went to 10k straight from 5k. It’s taking me ages to advance from 5k though I’m happy with slow progress!
Don’t worry about the time it takes. Just keep focused and aiming on the goal ahead and you will achieve. Trust me I never thought 9weeks ago this would be possible and to think how far I have come, still blows my mind.
Stick with whatever you find comfortable. Enjoy your journey and keep us posted 👍🏻
All in time. You can achieve anything you set your mind to with some determination and amazing support from the people in this forum. Great bunch full of guidance and support 💪🏻💪🏻
