Hi I’ve started couch to 5 k on my third day today ❤️ I struggled a bit on my first day as have had cv19 the blooming thing has knocked me off my feet for five months but I’m determined to get fit and healthy . I’m doing slimming world to help with healthy eating .. staying positive 👌

My third run too today. A bit easier than the first two. Beautiful day and quiet roads make it good to be outside. Almost looking forward to week 2!
