Restarting after 2 week injury break

Hello

I completed the programme 2 weeks ago but have taken a break since then due to minor tendonitis . I probably shouldn’t have done the final run but I was looking forward to a celebratory graduation drink!

Anyway I have seen that 2 weeks is kind of the cut off for retaining fitness. I am just wondering whether I should aim for the 30min run (which for me was about 5k) or take it easier. I am thinking I can head out running again next week.

Thanks for any advice!
