Completed the C25K a couple of weeks ago and have been doing consolidation runs at very varied speeds. Going from 4.5k in 30 mins on my first consolidation run to just under 3.9 on subsequent runs. Haven’t run for 5 days because of the heat and went for a run just now. Realised I was on 4.5K at the 30 minute mark so decided to see if I could make it to 5K and I did in just over 34 minutes! I checked my splits and I did the second kilometre in 6.14! Chuffed to absolute bits!!
