Not ran since Monday as I’m worried about injury, done everything I should with stretching for 30 seconds each leg per stretch, iced and rested. Worried about getting back out there and going back to square one!!

You don't need to worry about anything, you have only been off running for less than a week, if you had not ran for more than a month then you might have to go back to week 4 of C25K, but less than a week, keep running. 😊 🏃🏾

They’re still niggling though this is why I’m concerned because I don’t want to end up with stress fractures. 😱

It would be wise not to run while they're still niggling, wait a few more days before you run again and start very slowly and see how you feel.
