I managed to complete the whole 9 weeks without missing any. I graduated a week ago but only got the 1 run in since then however I have been moving since tuesday. I'm 100% going this evening after work or tomorrow as I have the day off. Then going to start a fresh on Monday day and get my 3 runs in.
I feel guilty for not being able to get 3 runs in this week. Anyone else had this?

Yes same here. I’ve cut down to twice a week runs as now doing football training once a week and karate 3-4 times a week too. But the recent heat has not helped and my second post graduation run was a disaster! Back on track today with a 25 min run using Week 7 of the app. Will build back up to 30 min over next two weeks. I think a weekly goal as Ian suggested would be good.
